New World Independent Living Program (New World) is a youth-focused, emancipation preparatory program that offers group home living and life-support services in Riverside County.
New World Independent Living Program has three RCL 10 residential treatment facilities designed to serve boys 13-17 years old assigned to group home, foster care and placement system.
Youth may come from Riverside, San Bernardino or surrounding counties.

New World offers a range of services to support disadvantaged youth residing in our homes. New World offers a “whole-person” program which focuses on social, emotional, behavioral, academic, physical and financial needs of each youth resident.
